At this stage, students continue to study the core subjects introduced at the primary level, along with an additional language. The school strictly follows the CBSE Three-Language Policy. Sanskrit is offered as the third language, and students may choose one of the prescribed languages at the entry level in Grade V.
Greater emphasis is placed on written expression across all subjects. A structured and detailed introduction to General Science and Social Studies, including History, Geography, and Civics, enables students to develop a broader understanding of the world around them.
Students are actively encouraged to learn through experimentation and hands-on practical activities, with the curriculum promoting teamwork and collaborative learning. Fundamental concepts of Mathematics and Science are reinforced through activity-based learning in well-equipped Math and Science laboratories. Project-based learning and ICT-enabled instruction further enrich this phase of academic development, fostering analytical thinking, creativity, and digital literacy.
